I hadn't heard of GC until about 2 years ago, when my friend Monica bought thier CD and took it with her on vacation with me. I liked the sound but neglected to actaully buy the CD becasue, well, I am lazy and I usually have no money. Eventually I bought thier CD, and that was a good choice. I don't want to label GC as one type of a band or another, but their punky sounds mixed with some reggae and that distinct East Coast vibe really just makes it such an awesome record.
